Job summary
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is interested in supporting our registered and unregistered workforce to develop and settle into life at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, knowledgeable and leadership focused individual who will organise, deliver and review programmes to support Occupational Therapy staff in delivering high quality care within the acute hospital.
This person will be a highly visible role model, ensuring educational support for staff to contribute to their development within the clinical environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they remain abreast of the developments in current practice and implement/lead changes within the Occupational Therapy department.
