Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and well organised Community Nurse to manage the Community Nursing Team for Tiverton and the surrounding area. Based with your team from Tiverton & District Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality evidence based, place based care.
You will need to have experience in Community Nursing and leading a team. You will work closely with your colleagues across the Community Health and Social Care Pillar, including Urgent Community Response, Community Rehab and Adult Social Care.
Applications are invited from Registered Nurses with the ability to work autonomously, with effective leadership skills to be part of a team committed to excellence in patient care.
