Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our Bank and Temporary Staffing Team.
The Bank & Temporary Staffing Service is a fast paced service which operates a daily service to assist in filling gaps in staffing across all our services with temporary staffing which includes internal Bank Staff and when necessary escalation to agency. This is a Hybrid working role with the expectation of on site working 50% of the time.
The post holder will possess excellent time managements skills, be well organised, and have the ability to prioritise workload demands to meet the requirement of services to ensure staffing levels are maintained across all our services.
A high level of customer service and excellent communication/interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems as they arise.
Main duties of the job
To make efficient use of the Allocate E-Rostering System to identify gaps in staffing and escalate to agency as and when required using agreed escalation process
To carry out an exhaustive search of the internal staff bank before seeking authorisation to escalation too agency
Highlight to Bank Staffing Lead any areas where high agency usage is being recorded, in order for follow investigation to be undertaken
Using the Allocate system, maintaining accurate and compliant personal, performance and work records of all Bank and Agency members working across all Solent services
*Providing Temporary staffing for all our Clinical and Admin Services.
*Sourcing Bank and Agency staffing to fill a range of vacant positions across the community
