Child and Families Business Support is a collective of teams providing administrative support to a variety of healthcare services across East/West Hampshire. The core service offer includes PA/Secretarial Services to senior leaders, medical transcription services and other general patient administration services for community care.
We're looking for a Team Manager to oversee the team to ensure effective leadership and administrative support is being provided. In the role, you can expect to have line management responsibilities, support with recruitment activities and work in connection with the Operational Support Manager to develop the day to day operations.
This position is for a period of 12 months.
Main duties of the job
To act as deputy to the Operation Support Manager for the professional and operational leadership and line management to the Administration workforce across the portfolio of services operating within Child and Families Physical Health Services to ensure effective and efficient support is available to all clinical services.
To directly line manage a team of 3 Team Leaders and 1 senior administrators with overall responsibility of a further 20 administrators.
The role is in Physical Health which has the following service areas; Community Paediatric Medical Service, Childrens Community Nursing, Childrens Continence, Childrens Asthma Service and Looked After Children.
