I am passionate about supporting others in their education journey and therefore love this role as it shares my vision- it is exciting, fun, rewarding, changeable, progressive, and sometimes challenging. My main role is to provide guidance and support to nursing students and their assessors working within the trust as well as working with placement teams to create a culture of learning. I work as part of a multidisciplinary team and we all support each other in carrying out our roles to the best of our abilities. I feel very privileged to be part of a fun, motivated and dedicated team.'
