Job summary
Our Information Systems Config and Support team provides configuration, smartcard support and resolution to clinical access issues to approximately 5000 end users of SystmOne, eQuest, eDocs, Inform and Summary Care Record to name a few.
We're looking for a Data Support Analyst / Trainer to join us, working closely with all services across the Trust and the rest of the Information Systems team, as well as the Data Warehouse, Performance and Business Intelligence teams.
You will be our expert on the functionality and processes contained within clinical systems along with the clinical services provided by the Trust. You will be responsible for designing end user training, the creation of training materials and the delivery of the end-user training.
Main duties of the job
*Provide guidance and advice to end users, acting as the first point of contact for the Trust across all sites where clinical services are provided
*Lead responsibility to resolve end-user issues and enquiries, ensuring problems are dealt with proactively and the cause and solution are communicated fully to "complete the loop" and improve fundamental system understanding amongst the user-base on an ongoing basis.
*Responsible for ensuring and championing the highest levels of data quality, advocating absolute best practice at all times and challenging end-user activity if accepted standards are not being met.
*Responsible for the correct functioning of the application and will follow the escalation process if issues occur, liaising with senior management, CGI and the external vendor support accordingly
