Do you have experience of analysing data in a constantly changing environment?

We are looking for an organised, customer focussed individual to join us as our E-Rostering Systems Lead. In this diverse role you will be responsible for the trust wide operational performance, management and development of the electronic rostering system for all staff groups

The E-Rostering Systems Lead will provide day-to-day management of the E-Rostering systems and processes for all things connected to rostering across all staff groups within the Trust. You will provide ongoing support and advice to system users and act as the Trust lead in the maintenance of the system including upgrades and new version releases. You will have direct responsibility for managing clinical and technical issues which arise with the system on a day to day basis.

We are looking for someone to manage our fantastic E-Rostering Team and systems to ensure a fully integrated and robust rostering service. You will also develop robust systems for the purpose of staff training and development, document control, audit, evaluation and monitoring of system maintenance

Main duties of the job

*Management of the Healthroster and Bank Staffing Team

*Fully Implement and Manage ERoster Software across all areas of the Trust which leads to the efficient rostering of all staff.

*To provide ongoing support and advice to system users and act as the Trust lead in the maintenance of the system including upgrades and new version releases.

*To have direct responsibility for managing clinical and technical issues which arise with the system on a day to day basis.

*Ensure Bank Staffing system is fully functional and consistently updated.

*Provide Expect advice and guidance with regards to the management of all Allocate systems.

*Challenge ways of working to embed best practice in rostering for the organisation
