This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a highly specialised, multidisciplinary service, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes. The role offers strong collaboration with senior clinicians, opportunities to develop advanced coordination and leadership skills, and the chance to make a tangible impact on service efficiency and patient care pathways within a dynamic NHS environment.

Main duties of the job

The MS MDT Coordinator is responsible for the effective administration and coordination of the Multiple Sclerosis Multidisciplinary Team (MS MDT) process. Verify that referrals include the minimum dataset and return incomplete submissions for clarification.
