Job summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking clinician to join our team as an Advanced Audiologist (1.0 WTE), combining responsibility for specialist adult services with a key role as Audiology Education and Training Lead.
This senior role brings together advanced clinical practice and workforce development, offering an excellent opportunity to shape both service delivery and the future of the profession within a supportive department.
You will lead the provision and development of complex hearing services, supporting patients with a wide range of needs, including multi-sensory impairments and severe learning disabilities. Working alongside a skilled team, you will contribute to high-quality care and development of specialist adult services.
A central focus of this role is leading education and training across the service. You will deliver high-quality training, support educators, and foster a positive and inclusive learning culture, playing a key role in workforce development.
