Research Nurse -- Haematology

Centre for Clinical Haematology, University Hospitals Birmingham

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse to join the Haematology Research Team at University Hospitals Birmingham, based within the Centre for Clinical Haematology. The centre hosts one of the largest adult stem cell transplant programmes in the UK and delivers a diverse portfolio of high-quality clinical research.

This includes the successful delivery of highly complex and innovative studies, such as ground-breaking CAR-T cell therapy trials.

As a Research Nurse, you will take a lead role in the delivery of clinical trials and research projects, working collaboratively with patients, relatives, the multidisciplinary team, and study sponsors. You will ensure that all patients receive the highest standards of care, in line with Trust values, policies, and procedures.

This is a varied, challenging, and highly rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to patient care through research.
