We are looking for a Band 3 Charity Admin Officer to provide financial admin support to two independent charities both of which exist to support the staff and patients. The successful applicant will have excellent organisation and communication skills as well as the ability to demonstrate a good level of numeracy and problem-solving skills.

Our offices are based near Five Ways in Birmingham City Centre, and we offer the opportunity to work from home two days each week.

  • *GCSE's or equivalent level of qualification in Maths and English Level 9-4 / A-C or equivalent

Desirable

  • *NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration/ AAT or equivalent or equivalent experience in an administrative environment
  • *Evidence of CPD

Experience

  • *Experience of dealing with the Public/ Customer service

Desirable

  • *Experience of working within an NHS/ Finance/ Healthcare environment.
  • *Maintenance of financial records to a suitable auditable standard.
  • *Experience of dealing with audits/ surveys
  • *Experience of dealing with difficult situations e.g. demanding behaviour, barriers to understanding
  • *Experience of training other/ less experienced staff
  • *Experience of planning and organising diaries/ activities
