Job summary
The Imaging Research and Development Team are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team. Our busy team supports a wide portfolio of clinical trials across all our sites.
The post holder will be an organised, self-motivated individual who is keen to learn new things, particularly where there is limited experience of research.
The post holder will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have a 'can-do' attitude and should be able to effectively demonstrate that they can also work well as part of a Team.
This is a fixed term post for 12 months and will be based here at QEHB, however, the successful post holder may be asked to cross cover other members of the team in cases of annual leave and sickness.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will undertake a wide range of duties to provide a consistent and efficient administrative service on behalf of Imaging and the wider RD&I Team.
Areas of work are to include:
*Daily auditing and reporting of activity for all research studies across the wide clinical trial portfolio, using internal radiology systems
*Co-ordination of setting up clinical trials in line with the Trust Policies and Procedures.
*Data collection and handling, ensuring accuracy at all times.
*Dealing with and responding promptly and professionally to various data queries.
*Invoicing -- processing and maintaining accurate records for research studies across the wide clinical trial portfolio.
