Job summary
An exciting opportunity is now available to be an administrator for the Accommodation and Car Parking services at Heartlands, Solihull and Good Hope Hospitals.
The successful candidate must exhibit excellent communication and team working skills, and be approachable, flexible and well organised and demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines.
The role requires a resilient outlook with a strong work ethic, and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
The successful candidate will be based at Heartlands Hospital but may need to travel to other Trust sites.

The role responsibilities are the daily administration for Car parking and Accommodation
Car Parking - Processing parking permits and dealing with car parking related enquiries.
Site visits to carry out car parking inspections
Working closely with Security, Car Parking Hosts & Estates.
This is a varied role with opportunities to complete weekly site visits, we offer flexible working once training is completed and can consider home working once per week as part of the team dynamic.
