We are invested in supporting you to maximise your potential. You can expect regular formal training and clinical reasoning sessions. Additionally, you will have access to advice and support from senior physiotherapists.

You can expect to join likeminded people who deliver unequivocal excellence in all aspects of their role. You will be passionate about service delivery and will want to make difference to the communities we live and work in. You will mirror our Trust values of being Kind, Connected and Bold.

The value of Allied Health Professional's expertise is recognised in the recent appointment of an AHP director for Solihull Hospital, as well as at board level. This vision is conveyed in our AHP strategy for the next 3 years, which you will have the opportunity to influence and shape.

Its over to you- if you are passionate about improving care, quality and the overall experience whilst making a difference to the people who access our services, we would love to hear from you.
