Heartlands Hospital is:

*Home to one of the region's largest emergency departments - handling 150 ambulances daily across our diverse catchment area, where teams manage everything from complex trauma to community health crises, making this the ultimate testing ground for emergency medicine excellence
Main duties of the job
We need an on-the-floor leader. Someone who rolls their sleeves up, increases grip and control, stays visible, and champions ALL services. As the Medical Director for BHH you will have to gain the confidence and support of our consultant body to engage and deliver key quality, performance and financial priorities. You will need to work at pace and in collaboration with the SLT contributing to strategic and daily operational challenges.
