Band 4 Ward Clerk Team Leader

Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the patient admin team. This person will need excellent organisational skills in order to directly line manage a group of ward clerks at Heartlands Hospital.

Main duties of the job

To train new members of the ward clerk team, ensuring that the current ward clerks work to a high stand, managing sickness and annual leave. Ensuring wards have appropriate ward clerk cover.
