We're looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive acute sector experience to join us as our Head of Operational Performance. You'll bring an improvement mindset, a focus on solutions and exceptional leadership skills.
In return, we'll provide an incredibly rewarding role and the opportunity to make a real difference to patients, while working alongside some fantastic people. Your role will be fast-paced and highly varied. Leading a central team, you'll ensure the organisation has effective processes in place for managing its waiting lists, as well as establishing effective performance assurance arrangements across our hospitals. Work closely with operational teams to effectively plan capacity and take remedial action where necessary, ensuring there are robust systems in place to forecast performance and identify risks to delivery.
Identify and support the monitoring of performance indicators within the team, improving the transparency and scrutiny of delivery both within and outside, the department.
