The Occupational Health and Wellbeing team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust are looking for nurses who are passionate about making a difference to the working lives of their staff.

Main duties of the job
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for undertaking management referrals, pre-placement health assessments, health surveillance, providing general occupational health advice and signposting staff to appropriate services.
To be able to carry out this role effectively you will need to be organised and have excellent communication skills. Good computer skills (Word, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint etc), and the ability to work well in a team is also essential.
The post holder will be based at one of the four University Hospitals Birmingham sites (Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, or Solihull Hospital) but may be required to travel to alternative sites on an ad hoc basis to attend training or deliver services.
