An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Professional with outstanding people skills to join our Workforce Transformation Team on a permanent basis.

The post-holder will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have evidence of further personal/academic development to a Masters level or equivalent experience in a HR field.
The Team work to a hybrid model of both on-site and remote working. The Trust is supportive of flexible working and individual working arrangements can be explored further, depending on the successful candidate's personal preferences.
Main duties of the job
As a HR Manager in Workforce Transformation, you'll be working closely with managers throughout the Trust to deliver effective Organisational and Workforce Change programmes.
You will need to be able to work autonomously as a HR practitioner and be confident in working on a large range of workforce projects, ensuring that the highest professional standards of employment practice are maintained in line with Trust policy and employment legislation.
The successful candidate will be working with a range of stakeholders, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive, professional advice and support to managers and staff with regards to re-profiling, skill mix changes and the more effective use of staffing, including the development of workforce plans and negotiating and consulting with staff and Union Representatives. The successful candidate will also have a key role in the delivery of the Trust's culture and inclusion plan and associated duties.
