Job summary

The IT Service Centre provides single point of contact and liaison for all internal and external IM&T Incidents, Requests, and enquiries. The post holder will be responsible for team leading the IT Service Centre Application Support Team, ensuring provision of a responsive, customer focussed service.

Main duties of the job

To lead and supervise the Service Centre Application Support Team, acting as main point of contact and liaison for the team in respect to all day to day activities , responsibilities and tasks designated to the Application Support Team Function. Lead a professional, efficient and reliable IT Customer centric service to the Trust utilising excellent communication and customer relationship skills in order to maximise positive customer experience. The post holder will be responsible for planning, supervising and monitoring the activities and workload of all Application Support team members, ensuring that agreed tasks, responsibilities and deliverables are met.
