Job summary
We require an innovative, organised and dynamic Systems Support Analyst to join our PMO team at Health Innovation West Midlands (HIWM). You will play an active role configuring, administering, and maintaining our internal IT systems, implementing workflows that promote engagement through user-centric design.
You'll be joining a complex organisation that takes pride in what we do; working to bring partners together to support the development and adoption of innovations for patient benefit and promote innovation opportunities to improve health outcomes within our region.
The role will primarily administer both MS365 and HIWM Project Managements system known as Verto, alongside other local and national NHS systems. HIWM are also implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, for which this role will provide administration and support. There will also be opportunities as part of the CRM Implementation project to shape the system configuration and workflows before go-live.
HIWM are based at Faraday Wharf in Aston, and currently operate a remote working model with a requirement to travel to any one of HIWM or its partners locations as and when necessary.
Main duties of the job
*Responsibility for administration, configuration, and maintenance of existing IT systems that fall within the Corporate and PMO Teams portfolio.
*Managing system change requests through building, testing and implementing configurations to deliver the agreed specifications.
*Regression testing of potential configuration changes to understand and mitigate any negative impacts.
*Contribute to or make comments on departmental policies and procedures that impact on IT Systems falling within the remit of the Corporate Services Team
*Building reports within SaaS/MS365 administrative toolsets
*An understanding of the Project Delivery Lifecycle
*An understanding of CRM-style interaction data within a non-commercial setting
*Knowledge of public APIs and relational databases to ensure any systems configuration changes support merging different sources of data to within Power Bi
*Work with the Business Analyst to address any potential vulnerabilities in applications, infrastructure, software and systems.
*MS365 administrative responsibilities including user management, storage configuration, reporting and triage/first fix
*Facilitate the automation of regular reporting process and production of on demand reports.
*Create and maintain system documentation at user, supervisor, and administrative levels
*Preserve the integrity and data quality of all associated data
