Castle Vale Dialysis Unit is one of the Trusts nurse lead satellite units, offering out-patient haemodialysis in a Business Park setting. The unit currently has 36 stations operating 6 days week over 3 shift patterns.
You will be required to deliver a high standard of care and demonstrate the ability to cope with the challenges of our busy unit. Applicants should be motivated, organized and passionate about nursing. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic renal team, involved in a number of new initiatives.
At interview the applicant will be required to show effective communication skills and a flexible approach with a readiness to lead by example. Good problem solving and organizational skills are essential.
Participation in the emergency out of hours on call haemodialysis service is included in this post. In return we will provide support and an individualised development plan. The Directorate is committed to the training and professional development of all employees, with regular appraisals and support from our dedicated training team.
