What We're Looking For
Passion for Technology: If you have a relevant IT or Science Degree and a genuine passion for software development, we want to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but we also welcome recent graduates eager to embark on their IT services journey.
Main duties of the job
*Technical design, technical documentation, software development, implementation, maintenance, technical support and problem resolution for solutions produced by the Integration team using Integration Engine.
*Formulation and Implementation of policies internal to the department relating to the support and maintenance of the trust wide integrated systems.
*Analysis and continual improvement of new and existing process to ensure they are efficient and provide the most benefit possible.
*Assisting the team with assessments of effort required to produce new interfaces.
*Troubleshooting issue as they arise from the day to day running of automated processes and communicating solutions to end users using the trusts Service management tool.
*Covering for Integration Lead during annual leave or other unavailability
*Ability to monitor complex processes to ensure correct performance levels and take remedial action where required on LIVE instance.
*Ability to support existing processes and implement change in a structured and controlled way.
*Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues arising from automated processes and provide timely resolutions.
*Ability to delegate tasks to other members of the team to work on more complex tasks.
