Job summary

We are looking to appoint two experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as a Band 6 Senior Audiologists. We have one full time permanent vacancy and one part time fixed term vacancy.

As a clinician contributing to the provision of patients with complex hearing needs, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously with a wide variety of patients and develop your career in partnership with clinical experts in the field of Audiology. You will also have the opportunity to provide clinical training, as well as contribute to service development and quality assurance activities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years post qualification experience of working within the field of adult Audiology. We are keen to partner with compassionate and motivated candidates, who can demonstrate their ability to adapt in modern healthcare systems. Main duties of the job

As part of the Audiology Team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the post holder will be responsible for assessment and rehabilitation of patients with complex auditory or vestibular needs. We are looking to appoint a candidate with previous experience of working with vestibular or tinnitus patients. The post holder will also work within implantable device clinics and Specialist Rehabilitation clinics, providing care for patients with complex hearing needs.
