Job summary

Due to UHB's expansion plans for 2023 and beyond, we have recently concluded a successful Trust wide department restructure and are now seeking a new Land and Property Manager.

Working alongside the Director of Capital Planning and Developments and using your experience and expertise you will lead on all operational aspects of estate asset management. This will see you focus primarily on land and property commercial arrangements to include sale of premises, lease negotiations and associated financial management.

With the support of your wider team, you will ensure strategic property plans and decision-making processes are aligned to the Capital Planning and Estates strategy.

You will be an individual with broad experience in specialist works and building knowledge to include; legislation, contract management and negotiation. You will have had exposure to similar complex structures where your experience would demonstrate your knowledge of Land & Property with CAFM systems.

For you

You can expect to join at a Band 8A level, which sees a starting salary of 50,952 rising to 57,349 27 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising with service to 33) along with enrolment from day one to the renowned NHS pension.
