If so, we want to hear from you as we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Assistant within the Recruitment Team, based at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focussed individual with excellent organisational skills to join our friendly team, to support the delivery of a high quality Recruitment service for the appointment of non-medical staff. You will be required to undertake a wide variety of clerical tasks for example managing the team inbox, data inputting, and answering the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who is keen to work within a dedicated team.
You will embrace the challenge of working in a highly demanding environment. A flexible working attitude is essential, along with the ability to work to ever changing demands. The workload is varied and therefore your ability to prioritise your work with minimal supervision as well as working as part of a team is essential.
As an effective communicator, you will be expected to provide both an efficient and effective administrative recruitment service, ensuring compliance with department procedures and safe recruitment processes.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be experienced in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
