Division 3B Nursing
We are currently looking to recruit you into our Ward 30 at Heartlands, Ward 11 at Good Hope Hospital, Ward 20B at Solihull Hospital, Harborne at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. You will have the opportunity join these hard working teams and help them deliver high standards of care to their patients.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for dynamic and motivated nurses who are able to excel in a very busy environment, catering for a diversity of patients with acute and chronic medical and nursing needs.
We have vacancies for qualified nurses with an active NMC pin number as well as nurses about to qualify and receive their NMC pin number who have a interest in Acute Elderly Care Medicine and want to come and join our dynamic team.
The trust has an excellent in house training facility to assist all staff to reach their career goals.. The wards take a proactive part in helping ensure staff are able to attend training to help them develop the skills they need to ensure they provide the highest standard of care to their patients.
Previous acute medical experience is an advantage but all applicants will be considered as long as they are willing to learn .All successful applicants will have a structured and supported induction period and will be able to access ongoing training and support from within our clinical training and education team.
We have senior management team across all wards to support you during a clinical shift. You will get the opportunity to manage a clinical shift as the nurse in charge. As a management team our focus is on your development as a band 5 staff nurse with the opportunity to undertake extra professional development at university level providing it benefits the ward area.
