Job summary
You could be part of an exciting programme supporting our colleagues to provide the best care to patients in our community.
As Business Analyst you will be part of a team designing and implementing new processes and systems to transform the way we work and enable our clinical, corporate and support staff to focus their time on what matters most. You will optimise the use of existing systems and data as well as implement new solutions across Finance and HR, including SAP S/4 HANA to replace current Finance and Warehousing systems.

Main duties of the job
* Provide business analysis, expertise and solutions to drive innovation, value for money, quality, performance, security and efficiency.
* Work with Project Managers and other colleagues to design and deliver solutions
* Elicit, define and document stakeholder requirements.
* Carry out process mapping, process analysis and identification of potential improvements
* Perform gap, impact and benefit analysis.
* You will have experience of Business Analysis, Finance or HR operations, or Finance or HR systems administration / technical support.
* Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is an advantage but not essential.
* Experience working in the NHS or another public sector organisation is also desirable but not essential.
