Job summary
The post-holder will be responsible for integration development using Lyniate Rhapsody Integration engine HL7/FHIR and JSON/XML REST Services, including support and the technical management thereof, as prioritised by the Trust.
The post-holder will also be responsible for automation application monitoring and development using technologies included in the Blue prism application, troubleshooting any issues that arise and applying remediation where required in line with standard procedures. The post holder will work with the senior RPA and integration programmer in developing automations and be responsible for delivering smaller projects of predefined scope.
Main duties of the job
*Technical design, technical documentation, software development, implementation, maintenance, technical support and problem resolution for solutions produced by the Automation and Integration team using Blue Prism and Rhapsody
*Analysis and continual improvement of new and existing process to ensure they are efficient and provide the most benefit possible
*Assisting the team with assessments of effort required to produce new automations
*Troubleshooting issue as they arise from the day to day running of automated processes and communicating solutions to end users using the trusts Service management tool.
