Job summary
As one of the leading NHS foundation Trusts in the UK we are constantly seeking reliable and enthusiastic Admin and Clerical Support staff to join our ever growing In House Staff Bank on a temporary ad-hoc basis. The roles are varied and require dynamic individuals who can effectively communicate and can manage a highly detailed workload.
Applicants must be able to fulfil full time hours covering 0800 am -1600 pm Monday to Friday.
NB - Evenings and weekends are not currently available

To be considered for this role you should have recent experience working in a busy administrative role within the NHS or public sector, be educated to GCSE grade C or recognised equivalent in English Language and Mathematics. You will also possess excellent I.T skills, customer service skills and be fluent in Microsoft Office.
Your application should demonstrate that you possess the strengths and qualities that we are looking for and any relevant transferable skills.
Interviews will be held on Thursday 20 July 2023.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will can be based in a variety of departments across the Trust and will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be patient focused and have a positive attitude. In addition, they require an excellent telephone manner, accurate data entry and exceptional IT skills. They should be able to multi task and work to strict deadlines.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team and also have the ability to work unsupervised, using your own initiative and reporting skills. You will need to have excellent organisational and time keeping skills, which are essential for this position.
