Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting delivery of transformational change to further our strategy. As a member of the Programme team you will be supporting the Transformation and Programme Development leads to govern and manage Programmes and Projects to deliver their target outcomes within agreed tolerances. There will also be opportunities to manage small to medium projects.
The Programme team here at East Coast Community Healthcare (ECCH) is made up of friendly, dynamic, supportive and skilled project professionals with a great ethos and drive for delivery. If you are passionate about change and have the skills and experience to support the improvement of quality, productivity, patient and staff experience, and business development Projects then this role is for you.
Applicants should have great communication skills and demonstrable experience of working in a Project environment and dealing with Stakeholders at different levels.

Main duties of the job
To support and manage internal and cross partner and system programmes and projects to further ECCH's strategy
Use Project Management skills to support planning, organising and delivering Projects
Support development of programme and project documentation e.g. Scope definition, plan, risk registers, action logs and reports, using agreed standards and tooling
Proactively chase progress against project plans and actions
Support effective risk and issue management within specific programmes and projects
Produce Project updates and reports on specific programmes and projects, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
Support the Project Management Office lead to ensure accuracy of all Programme and Project data, smooth running of governance processes and high quality reporting
Facilitate Programme and Project meetings including producing agendas and presentations, co-ordinating appointments and documenting summary outputs, actions and decisions
Work with the Communications team to draft Project updates for internal and external communications
Support business development and tenders, as requested by the Commercial team

Work
with the Communications team to draft Project updates for internal and external
