The post holder will have competence in the assessment, diagnosis and management in neurodisability, child development and in behavioural and social paediatrics including Children Looked After.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be mainly expected to see referrals with neuro-developmental concerns but there would be flexibility in the job plan to accommodate candidate's other special interests.

The post holder will be required to do child protection work pro-rata (physical abuse only).

The post does not have out-of-hours on-call commitments. This is a part time (8.5 PAs) post, but we would welcome applicants who might wish to work full time or less than full time, as the need arises.
