Working within a small, fast-paced communications and engagement team (Head of Comms, Engagement Manager and Communications & Media Officer), you'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with colleagues across the organisation.
You'll:o Create engaging mixed-media content including video, podcasts and visual storytellingo Lead and coordinate impactful internal campaignso Manage and enhance internal channels such as our intraneto Help drive engagement that supports culture, recognition and organisational growth
