Human Resources Adviser / Employee Relations AdviserBand 6 - £44,485-£52,521 (inclusive of HCAS)

Are you passionate about creating positive workplace cultures where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work?

We are recruiting two experienced HR professionals to join Bromley Healthcare -- one HR Adviser and one Employee Relations-focused Adviser.

You will provide high-quality, pragmatic HR advice and ER support to managers and staff, helping to build an inclusive, effective and safe working environment. You'll support managers to engage their teams and confidently manage absence, performance, wellbeing, disciplinary, grievance, and bullying and harassment cases.

The ER-focused role will lead on complex casework and support formal processes and panels to ensure fair, timely and legally compliant outcomes. Both roles will contribute to employee relations activity across the organisation.

You will also provide initial, informal HR support to a small number of medical and dental staff, working closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Responsible Officer.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone confident, solutions-focused, organised and able to build strong working relationships at all levels.

Two roles are available. Please state in your supporting statement which role best matches your skills and interests.

Interviews expected early/mid March 2026.

Main duties of the job

In addition to advisory work, you'll support the HR team with essential administrative responsibilities, including:

  • Formal note-taking at hearings

  • Preparing and issuing hearing packs

  • General HR administration

For full details of duties & responsibilities associated with these roles can be found on the attached job descriptions
