Do you have skills working as a Tissue Viability or Lymphoedema nurse?
We are looking for a specialist practitioner to work with our small team of motivated, innovative clinicians. You will work within the Tissue Viability and/or Lymphoedema team to provide a high quality, patient focused service for patients presenting with Tissue Viability/leg ulceration or lymphoedema/chronic oedema/issues. Our Lymphoedema service is a head to toe service and treats both cancer and non-cancer related oedema.
This role will involve active participation in complex patient assessment and management out in the community and in clinics.
