Location: Across the Bromley community -- delivering care in patients' homes.

As a Community Nursing Associate, you'll become a valued member of our dynamic Community Team, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to individuals in their own homes and clinic settings. You'll help support patients' physical, psychological, social, and public health needs -- ensuring their unique story, background and circumstances remain at the heart of every decision.

With the right competencies (fully supported and developed within the service), you will take delegated responsibility for a pre-agreed caseload, working under the supervision of an experienced Registered Nurse. This is your chance to build confidence, develop specialist skills, and take ownership of meaningful care, knowing you're supported every step of the way.
