Job summary
BANK - Medical & Dental staffing consultant 8A
This is a stand alone role and the postholder will be providing specialist and expert advice and support to the organisation around Medical & Dental staffing issues and enquiries, utilising their significant experience and specialist knowledge of M&D staffing. They will be an escalation point for high risk matters in respect of medical staffing issues
They will work with the Chief Medical Officer on the formulation of the Medical & Dental strategy from the People Strategy and other organisational strategies. They must be able to support the achievement of Medical & Dental goals, both transactional and transformational, by setting and delivering key results.
The postholder will be required to lead on specific, organisation wide projects and initiatives as agreed.
