Are you an Occupational therapist, Registered mental health nurse or social worker looking for a new role? Livewell Southwest, one of the most exciting organisations in Health & Social Care, is seeking an enthusiastic practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary Specialist outreach recovery team.
At the Specialist Outreach Recovery Team (SORT) we support people who experience complex psychosis. This includes a much bigger emphasis on recovery within the community. We are looking for community mental health practioner who shares our vision of excellent recovery service delivery. You will be working within team of registered mental health nurses, OTs, support workers, assistant practioners, nursing associates and psychology so you will have the opportunity to work in a multi disciplinary team where all roles are highly valued. You will have the chance to truly make a difference in to the lives of people we support.
We are seeking a registered occupational therapist, RMN or social worker who possesses recent clinical experience in a community or relevant mental health inpatient setting to join our community based mental health team.(We also offer a Return to Practice scheme).
This role may not be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
