Job summary
37.5 hours per week.
The post holder will be required to support the emotional needs of young
people and their families within the eating disorder pathway and offer mealtime
support in their own homes.
The post holder will provide physical monitoring and health checks for
young people across CAMHS, these will include teams such as the eating disorder
pathway, Neurodiversity team and PCAP where physical monitoring and health
checks are required. This will include taking blood pressure, pulse, and
temperature and when indicated taking bloods.
The post holder will also be responsible for the accurate recording and
reporting on of physical assessments, highlighting risk accordingly.
The post holder will support senior clinicians as part
of multidisciplinary team working, as directed.
This role may not be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route; please refer to the Direct Gov website for more information with regards to eligibility.

the highest standards of healthcare to children, young people and their
families.
The post holder will be an effective
communicator in all aspects of their duties both in direct and indirect patient
care.
Communicate clearly with children and
young people, their families, and all other health professional groups about
their health problems.
