Job summary
Are you an experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a compassionate Senior PWP to join our thriving team in the heart of Plymouth, a vibrant coastal city nestled between the stunning waterfront views, stunning coastline and the dramatic Dartmoor landscape.
The service is undergoing development and expansion to continue to provide evidence based psychological therapies aligned to the NHS Talking Therapies model. We are looking to recruit a qualified and accredited PWP who has clinical experience within an NHS Talking Therapy service and is trained to provide clinical supervision.
The focus for this position will be to provide leadership support to the ongoing professional development of our trainees, qualified and newly qualified PWPs.

Main duties of the job
The focus of this role is working alongside the Lead PWP and other SPWPs to support our PWP staff group including trainees working towards their qualification both through the PG Cert and MSci routes. You will work with the Lead PWP on development and delivery of our preceptorship programme for newly qualified PWPs.
