We are looking for an individual to temporarily lead Ivybridge Community Rehabilitation Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a competent team to deliver interventions across a number of pathways.
The team support Discharge Pathways, Urgent Community Response and Intermediate Care as well as routine rehabilitation work.
The team comprises Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Support Workers. They work in an integrated way with other health and social care colleagues across the locality.
Main duties of the job
The successful individual will be expected to support with day to day working of the team.
Leading triage and supporting complex clinical discussions as well as holding a clinical caseload.
The individual will also support with a broad range of managerial activities such as recruitment, supervision and budget management.
This role may not be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route; please refer to the Direct Gov website for more information with regards to eligibility.
