Main duties of the job
Using evidence based practice to ensure the service continues to develop trauma informed service to support independence & recovery for individuals within their community. Supporting service users, their carers & the wider network.
Work within a multidisciplinary service of Consultants, Psychologist, Registered & Non-registered staff working to provide outstanding specialist mental health assessment & evidenced based intervention for people with severe & enduring mental health difficulties & complex emotional needs. Working together to provide high quality trauma informed care, to achieve the services key performance indicators, create a positive learning environment for all & maintain a culture of psychological safety.
Main duties of the job
This is a varied role as Practice Lead, you have the opportunity to provide specialist clinical input, offering supervision and consultation to others. Representing the team at a variety of clinical and operational service development meetings and forums, with the opportunity to participate in, and lead on aspects of service development. Experience of service and project management, (or willingness to develop these skills), is desirable.
