Job summary
37.5 hours per week.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Perinatal Mental Health Team as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner.
The role is working within a friendly and diverse multidisciplinary team. You will be enthusiastic and willing to share our vision to deliver excellent patient care.
We are looking for someone with great communication skills, highly motivated and forward thinking to be able to deliver mental health support to our service users and their wider support system.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the effective provision of Perinatal Mental Health Services to an identified caseload of women.
The post holder will work as a member of the team and liaise with a wide range of both statutory and non-statutory agencies to assist in providing holistic care in pregnancy and up to 2 years postnatal. To ensure a safe and affective care pathway is maintained for women and their families.
