Job summary
37.5 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to undertake an interim management role within the CAMHS Neurodiversity Pathway. A 12 month fixed term contract working alongside another Clinical Pathway Manager. Secondments considered the candidate will be fully supported and mentored by the CAMHS Service Manager.
This post will join the other Neurodiversity Pathway Manager and you will have set portfolios of responsibilities. However you will both have oversight and be able to cover each other if absence. You will be responsible for pathway developments. The role will include active caseload management and supervision as well as monitor of performance of the pathway which include appraisals , mandatory training etc. Depending on your experience there may be element of clinical work if required by the service.
The post holder will use the Anna Freud iThrive framework to inform the pathway development. This Pathway includes
Assessment for children and young people (5-18 years) who may have Autism, ADHD or Tourettes Syndrome with co existing mental health needs.
Post diagnostic support and intervention
Assessment and intervention for children and young people (0-18 years) who have a Learning Disability
Collaborative working with the Learning Disability and Autism Programme (LDAP).

Main duties of the job
The Clinical Pathway Manager will need to be passionate about developing accessible services and be able to be flexible in their approach to support the team and service development.
As one of the Clinical Pathway Managers you will provide an element of specialist clinical practice to be agreed with the service manager, taking into consideration the level of management responsibility within this post. You will work as part of the senior management team within CAMHS in conjunction with the wider CAMHs services and tier 4.
The services provided by Livewell Southwest are increasingly working to deliver services in localities in collaboration with key partner agencies.
The range of responsibilities will include:Clinical input to the Specialist CAMHs pathway on a day to day basis.
Day to day Management of the specialist CAMHs pathways to be agreed with service manager, which may include the following pathways.
Neurodiversity pathway
Children In Care pathway
P-CAP Pathway
Infant mental health Pathway
Early help Pathway
Therapy Pathway
