Job summary

37.5 hours per week. Livewell Southwest have created this new post within the Mental Health Support team (MHST), with a view to supporting the manager to deliver the MHST 3 CORE Functions across the city. We currently work across 35 schools in the city, and next year will be going citywide, due to being given further waves of funding for this.

The role will require someone with significant skills and experience in both mental health early intervention and prevention, group work and supervision of junior staff and well as exceptional organisation skills. Alongside this, the focus of the role will be to co ordinate the delivery of Whole school approach (WSA) and Group work to the schools, and continue to support development of out CORE Offer to school and the community. You will also offer supervision and safeguarding the Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP) and wider service where required.

There is further scope for the successful applicant to develop this role further according to the neds of the city and the team.

Support the Team Manager & Operational Management Team in the development of the workforce.
