Job summary

Workforce Solutions are currently looking to fill an administrative post within our Care Co-Ordination Centre. The role is full-time Monday-Friday, for an 11-week period, based in Colchester.

The main duties are using SystmOne to process patient referrals, book appointments and assist with queries. Excellent communication skills are required.

Main duties of the job

An administration bank position with Provide Workforce Solutions offers variety and flexibility with working.

Duties could include-

  • Telephone work
  • Reception cover
  • Booking patient appointments
  • Basic use of Microsoft packages
  • Supporting clinical staff with administration
