Job summary
Joining an established administration team, the post holder will provide comprehensive, professional and effective administrative support to District Nurses, whilst running the auto allocation system to delegate daily visits for service users.
The post holder must display a considerable degree of initiative, possess mature judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with staff, service users, colleagues and visitors.
The post holder will be required to work independently using initiative, and applying a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work, whilst ensuring clear communication with all services, teams and colleagues.
Applicants will have previous administrative experience, including working in a healthcare setting; experience of using IT systems including SystmOne and be able to work on own their initiative with minimal supervision.
