Job summary
The Data and Performance Manager oversees a team of Data, Performance, Finance and Compliance functions, in support of Provide Wellbeing's business. They are responsible for the development and maintenance of appropriate data systems, ensuring effective data collection, management, security, handling, analysis and sharing.
They lead a team that develop and deliver data analysis for reporting purposes, to support operational delivery, resource management, business planning and financial management.
The postholder will act as the main point of contact for Information Governance, to ensure the business complies with organisational and group policies and regulatory requirements.
Main duties of the job
Develop and manage the production of routine and ad-hoc performance reports, data submissions and audits to share with the management team and a variety of different stakeholders, communicating complex statistical and analytical information.
Provide business performance insight alongside the data, identifying trends and possible causes to allow effective decision making.
Where appropriate, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their reporting requirements are fully understood, that data is developed in line with both local and national requirements and that intelligence provided meets those needs.
Work closely with the SystmOne Team and external providers of third-party systems to ensure that I.T. systems meet the functional and reporting requirements of the business
