At Nottingham Citycare, we have an exciting
opportunity for an individual to join our Learning and Development department
as an Admin Apprentice.
This role is specifically within the Learning
and Development department, which plays a crucial role in fostering a culture
of learning and growth within the organisation. The team consists of
administrators and trainers. Together, they deliver a wide range of training
programs, including clinical, non-clinical, mandatory, essential, and
developmental training, to all staff members across the organisation. This
ensures that every employee has access to the necessary skills and knowledge to
excel in their roles.

By successfully completing the apprenticeship, you will not only gain a

Main duties of the job
- Working on reception, meeting and greeting
both internal and external stakeholders
- To answer/deal with queries, both face to face
and via telephone and email, demonstrating confidence and professionalism at
all times when dealing with people.
- Assist when
required in the set up and close down training rooms and ensuring that they are
fully stocked and equipped as required inc. kitchen stock i.e. coffee, tea
biscuits etc.
- Ordering of
stock.
- Monitoring the
workforce team email inbox
- Assisting Staff
on Electronic Staff Record System (full training will be provided)
- Scanning,
photocopying, printing and making up packs for training sessions.
- Supporting in
preparation and on the day of the Staff Welcome Days.
- To undertake any other duties which may be reasonably
required within the remit of the role.
- To complete a Level 3
Business Administration qualification. The apprenticeship is work-based, you
will spend time each week learning new skills, knowledge and behaviors related
to the apprenticeship, for example, workshops, tutor meeting time, training,
reading and research and observing other members of staff.

Post holder will complete a Business Administrator - Level 3 Standard
Apprenticeship with the progression to a substantive B3 Admin post at the point
of completion of the Apprenticeship.

To provide a confident, friendly and efficient administration services in the Workforce Learning and Development Training department that
provide training for all Citycare Staff.

Training will involve you working alongside the Workforce Learning and Development
Team.

The Apprentice will work under the supervision of the Workforce Learning
and Development Administrators and Team Manager.

You will undertake full administration duties, which will include dealing
with the booking of courses, diary management, reception cover, dealing with
queries both in person, over the telephone and via email, working on the staff
ESR system, setting up rooms for training and printing and photocopying.
