Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic
Health Visitor to join our Children's Health Advice Hub. You will be part of
our 0-19 Public Health team, working to triage incoming referrals and queries
from families and from professionals.
- This role will involve working on our
telephone adviceline as well as supporting families via our TextHealth service.
- You will support with requests for
advice and support from families, and the triage of incoming referrals
regarding families transferring into the area.
- You
will support our Care Delivery Group teams in the delivery of the universal and
targeted services by triaging and handling information about children and
families.
This is an office based role at Clifton Cornerstone and please
note that this is a full-time Health Visitor position.

Purpose
- You will support the CSL with co-ordination of
the Childrens Health Advice Hub including text health rotas

You will demonstrate leadership support to CHAH
team members to ensure the delivery of high quality advice and support to
families across Nottingham City.

You will carry out the day to day function of
the CHAH by triaging, responding to and delegating work to CHAH team members as
appropriate.

You will support the CSL with supervision and
appraisals of staff.
- You will help to co-design relevant SOPS,
Policies and Pathways to ensure our public health offer aligns with our 0-19
service and our other hub models
- You
will act as a Super User and train staff on our 0-19 TEXT Health Service
